A Birthday Gift | 13 Years Old

It's my dear friend Ann's birthday on Saturday and we secretly took a few photos of her son Sam and had them framed for her as a special gift (it was my other dear friend Apryl's idea). We all know how much 13 year old boys like to get their photos taken....Sam was a great sport! Brothers

I took newborn pictures of baby Gabe (born April 5th) when his big brothers were still in school. So, we did a followup session with all three boys! Max and Alex were energetic and great sports.....fun ten year-olds (baseball players and into Playstation). We also went to a local park for some outdoor shots...check back. Thanks Sandy! Newborn Photos | 8 Weeks Old

It's so great to be able to head out outside for newborn photos now that it is finally warm enough for them to pose bare. And baby Jack agreed! We worked really hard (well his mom did - thanks Jodi!!) to get him to sleep in the studio. Soon as we stepped outside into the fresh air, he fell right asleep and was a very happy, content baby (first two photos have an Urban flair added to them). I set up my white backdrop for an upcoming session and my four year old said.....take my picture! So, here are a few of Trace during his whole five minute shoot. He never stands still for more than a half of second, so it's amazing the pictures are not blurry. I dedicate these photos to my husband, Brian, who is the best Dad any boy could ask for!
